Quality Management System

In order to meet our quality commitments we ensure that our business management system not only conforms to, but where possible, exceeds the standards of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System

 

Our Quality Management System has been established by:

  1. Determining the needs and expectations of customers, consumers, employees and owners;

  2. Establishing business policies and objectives;

  3. Determining the processes and responsibilities and providing the resources necessary to attain these objectives;

  4. Establishing and applying the methods to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of each process;

  5. Preventing nonconformities and eliminating their causes; and

  6. Continually improving the system.

Certification

Our Quality Management System has been audited and Certified annually since 2001 to ensure it meets the International Standard of ISO9001.

 

ISO9001:2000We have been certified to ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System since April 2001.
