The Willow Good Governance Model

The Willow Good Governance Model has been established to satisfy the Australian Standard AS8000: Good Governance Principles (including its associated standards).

The Willow model of Good Governance comprises 25 major policies and management systems to ensure that we have a framework that we can confidently rely upon.  These 25 elements range from Audit Committee to Whistle Blow Protection Program.

The Objectives of Good Governance at Willow

The objectives of implementing and maintaining a practice of good corporate governance at Willow are to:

  • enhance organizational performance;
  • understand and manage risk;
  • strengthen confidence in the Company;
  • enhance the Company’s reputation;
  • demonstrate how the Company discharges its legal and ethical obligations; and
  • assist in the prevention and detection of fraudulent, dishonest and unethical behavior.
