Leisureware 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
This Leisureware is subject to an expressed Manufacturer’s Warranty that this Leisureware will be free from defects for 10 years from the date of purchase.
If there is a defect in the Leisureware within the Manufacturer’s Warranty period, Willow will elect (at its sole discretion) whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the Leisureware.
Claims made after the Manufacturer’s Warranty period has ended will not be accepted.
For claims made under the Manufacturer’s Warranty, presentation of the purchase receipt is preferred but is not compulsory.
This Manufacturer’s Warranty sits alongside, and in addition to, any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.
Bakeware 3 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
This Bakeware is subject to an expressed Manufacturer’s Warranty that this Bakeware will be free from defects for 3 years from the date of purchase.
If there is a defect in the Bakeware within the Manufacturer’s Warranty period, Willow will elect (at its sole discretion) whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the Bakeware.
This Manufacturer’s Warranty is subject to compliance with Willow’s ‘Care and Usage Instructions’ and does not cover faults caused by misuse or failure to follow Willow’s Warnings.
Claims made after the Manufacturer’s Warranty period has ended will not be accepted.
